Jet-Hotted headers shown in multiple colors.

Over the past three decades, Jet-Hot has earned a reputation among car and motorcycle fans as the go-to company for engine and drivetrain coatings. It’s no coincidence that it’s common to hear our name used as a verb: “You need to get those headers Jet-Hotted.”

It’s hard to say exactly when it started. Perhaps it was at a drag strip or road course. Maybe it was at a motorcycle rally or a boat race. Or it could have been late one night in a garage when, after two hours of struggling, the headers finally broke free on an old project car. But someone said it first: ”You need to get those headers Jet-Hotted.”

We’re fans, too.

Jet-Hot is owned and operated by car enthusiasts. We understand the importance of coatings because we restore, show and race all kinds of cars (from vintage station wagons and Sunday cruisers to custom muscle cars and turbo-charged street rods – nearly 200 in all). Jet-Hotted parts not only look great, but they enable the engine to work harder. And we wouldn’t sell you any coating application we wouldn’t put on our own project cars.

Jet-Hot is more than just headers.

While you may think of Jet-Hot as primarily for coating headers, our capabilities stretch far beyond shiny pipes flanking your engine. Our coatings can be used  in a wide range of aftermarket environments, including:

  • Exhaust systems
  • Piston skirts
  • Bearing
  • Oil pans and valve covers
  • Crank shafts
  • Gears
  • Motorcycle pipes and tanks
  • Boat engine parts
  • Tractor pipes

In fact Jet-Hot can be used on almost any metal surface (cast or ductile iron, mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, inconel and titanium) that encounters heat and friction. Increase the life and performance of your parts by using the original Jet-Hot.
