By day, we combine our passion for motor sports with our various areas of expertise, pushing the coatings industry forward. Day by day, we’re building a brand that has credibility with enthusiasts and professionals. We’re the original Jet-Hot.

Jet-Hot’s unique culture stems from an operating philosophy that goes back to the basics: we believe processes drive product quality. We train our workforce to create, use and continuously refine those processes so that our product is always improving. This process-driven approach provides the best tools to create the best product. And when something goes wrong, we review the process first, not the employee.

Jet-Hot doesn’t micromanage. Instead, we expect employees to satisfy customer and workflow demands, even as we allow them the freedom to set their own schedules and take the planned time off they need. Every team member also earns a salary.
