PAYMENT: JET-HOT accepts all major credit cards. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before parts ship. To order parts by money order or personal check, please call our order line at 1-800-432-3379.
RETURNS: Any item returned to JET-HOT will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Parts must be returned in their original condition. All items included with headers (bolts, gaskets, clamps, etc.) must be included with the return shipment. Any items missing will incur an additional fee.
SHIPPING: JET-HOT ships all orders FedEx ground unless arrangements are made otherwise. Any orders shipped to HI, AK, PR or anywhere outside the continental United States will have an additional shipping charge. Any parts shipped FedEx Express will have an additional shipping charge.

In the event the parts are damaged due to shipping, JET-HOT must be notified immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). If parts arrive damaged, please call 1-800-432-3379 and ask for customer service.

IMPORTANT: If parts arrive damaged, you MUST save all packaging and packing material. If you do not save this material, JET-HOT will not be responsible for repairing or replacing headers.

OTHER: JET-HOT is not responsible for any costs incurred while installing or removing headers.
